Xseed Strikes Again!



The 3DS RPG UnchainBlades ReXX is getting localised by Xseed games, as UnchainBlades in the west.
Though Xseed hasn't announced it, the April issue of Nintendo Power confirmed the game's western localisation! Strangely however, despite UnchainBlades being released as a retail game in Japan, the game is going to be a digital release elsewhere.

Late last year gamers were given the first look at GTA5 through a Trailer Released by Rockstar. Fans of the series got their collective shoes on and did the happy dance. (Me included). As usual Rockstar didn’t give a Release Date in the trailer but at least we knew the game existed.

Not too much is known about the game; all we know is that it MAY Take place in a City Called Vinewood, and that MAYBE some characters from the games may make an appearance....

It looks like a lot of rumors (kind of) were true ! But this game is going to be... different according to these details...

Several sources are claiming that Nintendo of France has tweeted that Disney's Epic Mickey 2 will be released on 3DS, and that the game will have more of an emphasis on the 2D gameplay elements than the first game did.

Ubisoft has announced that its latest platformer, Rayman Origins for the 3DS has been delayed until June 2012 globally! The game was previously released on the Wii console in November 2011, and was one of the top 10 best selling Wii games in December!

Will the delay be a good thing or a bad thing in terms of sales for the 3DS port of Rayman Origins?

A Little Late To The Party.



The Australian Board of Classification has recently rated Vectorman 2 on several undisclosed platforms, and Wii VC could be one of the platforms! The original title was released on Wii VC several years ago, and its license was recently renewed, so it does appear that this rating could indicate serious plans by SEGA to release this game on the Wii VC!

Gamestop is now selling download tickets for Pushmo, and Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins! The tickets are being sold at the same price as the games are on eshop!

Unfortunately these tickets are only being sold in the United States currently. What do you think, will this raise awareness of Nintendo's download shops?

SEGA has confirmed that the Sonic The Hedgehog games that will be leaving the Wii VC in Japan are not going to be removed in Europe!

So Europeans can relax, and download the games at their own pace, without resorting to trading in other games to quickly get the money they need to finish their Sonic VC collection! We will let you know when we find out about his fate in NA.

For those of you who are kind of mixed about using the stylus in Kid Icarus: Uprising, I have some good news for you !

Oops Our Bad!



We posted an article about this surprise in-store promotion of 3DS games that hadn't even been announced yet, a few days ago, and now N-Europe reported that Gamestop has announced that quote.

"The displays were not supplied by Nintendo, and have been taken down. It's definitely not in the system in the U.S. I'm sure it's not elsewhere,...

It seems that Nintendo is really cooperating when it comes to building more software lineup for their Wii U console !

An inside source claims that Nintendo will be publishing/releasing three (or it could be maybe four) Wii U games of their own before the end of 2012, but there was no other details on what these games exactly are, other than that it's coming from various studios.

A lot of people are worried that the Wii U version of Batman: Arkham City will just be the same game that we had from the other consoles... but it looks like that might not be all the case.

Speaking at the Game Developers Conference, Epic Games' Mark Rein stated that the Wii U version of this game will not be just a straight port form the other consoles, seeing it up and running on the Wii U console, he also says that the game will have a "fantastic use of the touch controller."

It's official, the long awaited arrival of Game Gear games on e-shop is almost at hand. On March 15th three Game Gear games will be released in North America. The three games are Sonic The Hedgehog: Triple Trouble, Shinobi, and Dragon Crystal.

Today Assassins Creed 3 was officially confirmed by Ubisoft to be in development for the WiiU (Xbox 360, PS3 and PC included). This will be the first time an Assassins Creed game will be featured on a Nintendo Home Console. The Game is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal (Canada YAY!!!) and will have a new game engine called “Ubisoft-AnvilNext”
