Looking to Import a Black New 3DS Console from the UK, Not Sure Where to Look

The New Nintendo 3DS range of consoles was released in Australia last November, prompting many Europeans to order theirs from here. Now, in a bizarre twist of fate, it is an Aussie who needs to order his from the UK, specifically because the model he wants isn't available Down Under. Weird, right?

Anyway, I'm looking at ordering a black model New Nintendo 3DS console from the UK, most likely in March or soon after. However, I'll only do it if it's feasible to do so:

-If I'm able to set my console to Australia, then that's a plus

-If I can connect my console to the Australian eShop, then that's also a plus (of course, it might be in my best interests to use my black console on the UK eShop for titles not available in Australia, mainly Shantae 2)

-If this model of New Nintendo 3DS is announced for an Aussie release before I order my UK version, then that's not really a wise decision unless it proves cheaper In the long run

Provided those criteria are all in order, then I'll just need to find a UK-based shop which allows orders to Australia. Does anyone else have ideas on where to look, or how/if I should order? Thanks.

There's always GAME, but I don't know if they'll ship British consoles to Australia.

I doubt they would. My best bet's probably an online marketplace of some kind, but I have no idea where to look. I guess there is always the option of just buying a white one for now, and simply waiting for the black one to be announced for an Australian release, but I can't honestly expect Nintendo Australia to release the black one here when most of the time, Europe has WAY more colour choices than us. I'd sooner expect the red XL to come out here instead.

On a side-note, I have an idea of how I'd like to customise my consoles. I intend to have Alpha Sapphire on my white console and Omega Ruby on my black one. I'd also like to get at least two sets of Cover Plates, possibly taking into account the awesome Groudon/Kyogre one which has been announced, to make my own custom Pokémon special edition consoles:

WHITE CONSOLE: Clear Cyan (top) and Clear Blue Kyogre (bottom)
BLACK CONSOLE: Clear Red Groudon (top) and Clear Yellow (bottom)

OPTION 2
WHITE CONSOLE: Opaque Turquoise (top) and Clear Blue Kyogre (bottom)
BLACK CONSOLE: Clear Red Groudon (top) and Opaque Orange (bottom)

Well, I finally found one. My first thought (when I spotted it) was, "Yay!". My next thought (after I spotted the price) was, "Bummer...":

That's...a lot more than I would be willing to pay for a black New 3DS console. I mean come on, $300? I could get two 2DS consoles for that price, or even an XL for $50 cheaper.
