What game mode do I need to play to unlock Princess Ruto?

She can be unlocked in the Challenge mode. You don't need any of the dlc either!

I hope that this game will be available as one of the Platinum Rewards for this final year of Club Nintendo.

This game is so much fun and has a ton of content... I really need to play this more

Does the weather affect anything in Hyrule Warriors?
A couple of the missions had rain and was wondering if the weather affects the terrain, movement speed, or anything else?

I can't wait to download this and Xenoblade Chronicles X! Hopefully I'll be able to download both games this year.

I'm kind of curious about this game. I love the Zelda series, but I just can't get into Dynasty Warriors.

Where the he** is the Golden Skulltula in the top-leftmost mission in the Ocarina of Time map?

the 3ds version looks cool. I want both versions though

@Staroceancrazy @Clαππαd Not Challenge Mode, Princess Ruto is unlocked in Adventure Mode.

@MechaFreiza I believe you meant the Majora's Mask map. Also I can't answer your question as I'm nowhere near that point in the game yet.

Are there any missions where Link's gauntlets weapons are actually useful? The gauntlets seem very weak and their range is a joke...

@Ichigofan My bad I meant adventure mode, but wrote challenge mode.

I now have all of the currently available DLC, except for two of the costume packs that I have no interest in.

Are the outfits that you can unlock in the various adventure mode maps just recolored outfits or full-blown costumes? I know you unlock costumes instantly with some of the dlc, but that's not what I wanna know about.

@Rena Ryuugu Fanboy I'm pretty sure some are costumes and others are just different colored clothes. For instance the Hilda Costume for Zelda is likely more substantial than a mere recolor, though I can't confirm that since I haven't unlocked the outfit yet, but it's a very strong hunch.

I'll boot up this game for the first time in a very longtime to try out the new character Medli when she releases next week!

@Splatuna Apparently her weapons, heart containers, heart pieces, etc. will be unlockable from Adventure Mode just like with Cia, Volga, & Wizzro.

Will the Legends characters be released as dlc for those of us who don't plan on purchasing Hyrule Warriors Legends?

Has anyone updated their game yet? What do you guys think of Medli so far? I think she's really difficult to learn, but I could see her being a great character if you take the time necessary to master her combos.

@Kain I just got a five star weapon with six skills and 420 attack for her after my first battle using her what fortune I have in battle!

Can Hyrule Warriors Legends be played on a 2DS?

I'm kinda burnt out on this game so I'll focus on some of my other games so I don't end up quitting for good. This game is every bit as lengthy as Monster Hunter!

Can you unlock limited character/weapon stages for all characters in Adventure Mode maps by completing the maps 100%? If not what's the point of only adding characters on the Wii U version since most of the best stages for weapons and XP are character and weapon exclusive ones...
