Has anyone actually been able to access the eShop to download this game yet? I love challenging platformers, but I'd really like to read some impressions.

Is the 3DS eshop still down because I can't get it to load even though the Wii U eshop is now working on my end.

I just finished downloading Edge on my 3DS. The eShop is only accessible from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST., on both the WiiU and 3DS.
By the way, what's your 3DS friend code Rukiafan? I misplaced it somewhere before I could register it. I'm sure you'll need some friend's for MH4.

@Nintenbro eshop is only open from 4 AM - 4 PM in your region? is that due to weekly maintenance?
