@Kushina is a member of WiiWareWave who's impossible to dislike. She's polite, kind and friendly, with not a bad word to say about anyone. I'm happy to call her my friend. I definitely know @passioNATE misses her more than anyone, though. She was also very active, making multiple posts per week.

As for why she was banned...according to @Ichigofan, the servers apparently auto-banned her, but there's no explanation for how that happened, and at this stage there's no way to unban her. Hopefully a solution can be found soon. Sad
