Mobile on Switch? Empty Mobile on Switch?

I was thinking since Nintendo has been porting MKT tracks to MK8DX, could we see more of their mobile stuff on Switch in some way? Like could we see Mario Run or Dragalia list come to Switch since the latter is going away later this year? Also I would love some connectivity with Pocket Camp to New Horizon that gets you items currently only found in PC. I don’t play mobile but doing these things would at least let me try, 3rd parties port mobile titles to Switch all the time so why not Nintendo?
