My personal faves are Sword Art Online Hollow Realization, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth and its sequel, and The Legend of Hero Trails of Cold Steel one and two!

Persona 4: Golden, Tales of Hearts: R, Ys VII: Lacrimosa of Dana, and Ys: Memories of Celceta come to mind! There are tons of amazing JRPG's on Vita.
