What is this QoL device that I keep hearing about?

I keep hearing people talk about this QoL health device that Nintendo is developing and that it is non wearable, but the thing I want to know is Nintendo leaving the video game industry and instead is going to focus solely on health devices or will the two businesses be separate?

It's a secret to everyone except Nintendo.

I don't thnk Nintendo will leave the games industry, after all they've been around for a long time and created toys before (and are even starting a new toy line this year based spacificly on video game Chracters) I find it weird people say Nintendo should expand like Sony and Microsoft do and when they do people say they're leaving the gaming market

This sounds like something that will split their fans just like the New 3DS it's like Nintendo wants to go out of business.

@Midna the NEW 3DS isnt really splitting fans, I get they'll have exclusives on the NEW, but I dont see any difference between that and the DSi, the only difference is the 3DS already has a Shop, so an app store cant be is exclusive feature
