Reggie Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo of America, has stated he is confident that the WiiU will be able to put up a fight against what the competition (Microsoft & Sony) has to offer with their next-gen consoles.
“We believe that this system is going to have a very long life, and it’s going to be very well supported by third-party publishers.”
“Once you talk about what that is [next Xbox and PlayStation4], we can probably fend it off.”

Well rumors say its wait for it............... 19X stronger then the PS3 
it makes me wonder how strong the the PS4 will be since they usually one up with tech, but maybe the reason Nintendo lost money last year was because of the money they put in to the WiiUs tech, something Sony probably shouldn't invest in since there losing money
