Back when Ocarina of Time 3D Edition came out, I bought it with the black case. It features Link and Sheik fighting hordes of enemies. That said, it`s not a very useful case so I find myself taking it off a lot. Looks nice, though.

Mine is a blue case with a picture of Mario riding Yoshi in the bottom-left corner, and an egg in the bottom-right corner.

Mine is a pink limited edition case with Princess Peach, Toadette, Samus, and Kirby having what appears to be a picnic next to a tree.
There are only nine other cases like mine and they were only available through the contest I entered in Gaming Girls Magazine.
