Super Mario 64 and Chrono Trigger are a couple old games that are just as good now as they were 15 years ago when they were released.

Basically all 2D games. A couple of months ago I was playing Full Throttle for the PC and it still looks amazing. Also 3D with a distinct art style still looks great. I was stunned how good Luigi's Mansion still looks after all this time. Games like the Super Mario Galaxy games will looks just as awesome now as it will be in ten years.

If it was a well-designed game back then, chances are it still is today. I don't mean that in the "games are timeless" sense, but rather, games that have visuals that are stylistic or aesthetically presentable today are probably still good. For example, Wind Waker will be timeless since it has an art style that will never become obsolete and a gameplay system that is as complex as modern games. Final Fantasy VII, though, looks like a mess today and doesn't play that well either. I guess I should factor sequels into this since they can render a previously "good" game unnecessary to most people, but oh well. What I'm trying to say is that the visuals and gameplay should complement each other, rather than just have a really deep system that is difficult to play because of archaic visuals.
Awkwardly worded rant aside, here are two:
-Yoshi's Island (it uses a unique art style, plus 2D games generally hold up well)
-Super Mario 64 (even if it's not the best looking, it's aesthetically presentable and the gameplay is self-explanatory)
