Transferring Data Between SD Cards?

I've heard that it's possible to transfer downloaded games and save files between two SD cards on the 3DS, but it seems most games are protected from being copied through the 3DS' save data section in the options...am I missing something? Is there a separate 3DS app for accomplishing this or is it completely impossible to transfer data?

you can transfer the data, you just cant play on any other system besides the source system. what you have to do is drag the data from the SD card onto a computer and then drag it from the computer to the other SD card

I don't have a working cpu...guess I'll have to get an SD Card Case and use multiple SD Cards on my 3DS...
