amiibo looks exciting...and very collectable! My first priority of characters includes Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, Pikachu, Yoshi, Fox and Samus. My very first pick, however, is Kirby. Notice a pattern? That's right: it's the character roster from the original Super Smash Bros.! Shocked

From there, I'd probably expand to more characters such as Peach, Bowser, Zelda, Ganondorf, King Dedede, Pit, Little Mac and Mega Man, and possibly even Luigi, Captain Falcon, Ness and Jigglypuff, among others. I'd also like to share the amiibo joy and give my buddy BurstDashV8 the "Blue Blur", as a counterpart to my "Blue Bomber"! sonic

(To avoid spoilers, secret characters' names are whited-out. Simply highlight the text if you want to see them.)

So which ones would you like to own? victory

On Wednesday 1st February 2013, a little series named Crystals of Silveria made its “official” début right here on WiiWareWave.

Now, ten years on, the adventures of Zed Starmute and the Crystalbound are on the verge of their TENTH ANNIVERSARY!

The series may have been quietly shelved since then (creative burnout FTL), but the original 17-episode season is complete and remastered, and available to read in its entirety here.

There’s even a one-shot OVA-styled special that continues the story, as well as serving to “tide over” fans during the interim into later, mostly-on-hiatus storylines.

Either way, it’s PARTY FESTIVAL TIME! WOO! victory

I'm not a fan of Skylanders, but as long as Ninty only uses Amiibo's for minor optional features and content rather than requiring it for base content or major dlc then I'm fine with the Amiibo line. Wink

Well, I can add Marth, Wario, Villager and Sonic to my wishlist of amiibo, bringing it to a grand total of 24 (25 if Mii Fighter eventually makes an appearance). Out of all the amiibo on my wishlist, though, only Ganondorf, Jigglypuff, Ness and Wario have yet to be announced. I hope this doesn't mean that unlockable fighters won't receive amiibo of their own. Sad

From a practical view I want Link as I can use him in Hyrule Warriors, MK8, and Smash.

From a visual view I like the shiny ones (Samus, Cpt. Falcon) and Kirby most.

And from a view of pure love I must have Ness, Zero Suit Samus, and Ike on display.
Fox, Shiek, and Shulk are tempting as well.

My amiibo wishlist is the starting roster of the original Smash Bros. (Mario, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Link, Pikachu, Samus, Kirby and Fox), four fighters introduced in Melee (Peach, Bowser, Zelda and Ganondorf), two introduced in Brawl (King Dedede and Pit), one newcomer (Little Mac) and one special guest (Mega Man). I'd also like to get Sonic for BurstDashV8, since he's a huge SEGA fan. With the threat of instant discontinuations, though, I should preorder many of them. There's also no guarantee that Ganondorf will even be announced, and I would have settled for Marth if he wasn't discontinued. The number of amiibo from Melee is rather lacking. Neutral

I honestly see no reason to buy Amiibo's or get excited for it. I like the little statues, but not for this price and the lack of software behind it. Yee, a new costume for only a handful of amiibo's in Mario Kart 8, or yeah a new weapon in Hyrule Warriors. Give me a break. I really wished it would have a gaming component like Skylanders, with new characters adding new levels, characters or worlds. Or perhaps little standalone games.

Those would be insta-preorders if that proves true! Surprised

WOO! victory

I'm actually thinking about getting Toad. Because of the extra content in Captain Toad. This should be in all games. Not just a custome or skin for a plane or something that silly.

I'd also like to get a few other Smash amiibo if I get the chance. My top priorities would be:

●Fox
●Samus
●Captain Falcon
●Ness

If I could collect a bunch more, I'd choose:

●Zelda
●Ganondorf
●King Dedede
●Charizard

But as it is, I'm pleased with my current collection (Mario, Link, Kirby and Pikachu). Smile

Okay, amiibo are starting to flood Target and EB Games stores in my home city, including ones which were once rare such as Marth and Sonic! Very Happy
