@Jnes5, KingreX32, SkywardL, and ViewtifulJoe would you mind telling gamerace how to fully utilize our blog software?

Hello gamerace, and welcome to our site and welcome for being part of the staff !

To use the blog software on this site, in the HOME menu, look for the section "News/Reviews" and in there, you will find where we post our reviews, articles and news stories.

And to post one, head over to either:

"WiiWareWave News Articles" if you want to post a news story.

If you want to post an article in the "WiiWareWave Features" page, choose which type of article do you want to post (either a Top 10, Personal Gaming, A Videogame Discussion/Staff Viewpoint, etc.) and if you have no idea which article does or what the purpose of it is, then check out the introduction to the page where I detail what each article is about ! (But don't forget to check out the rules !)

Or if you want to post a review, choose which type of game do you want to review (a console game, a portable game, a download game, etc.) and choose the category corresponding to it.

And then after that, click on "New Topic" that's kind of on the corner of all the features, review, news, etc. that are listed. And then finally you will be treated to the blog software, where you can write the article news, review, etc. in the "Message" space, and above it, you have shortcuts for re-size the text, color it, post an image, post a link, etc. and don't forget to give the name of the topic that's right above it !

And once you're done writing, you can either preview it so that you can see what it will look like, or send it to release it in the website !

And there you go ! it's that simple !

It took a lot of arm-twisting, whining, begging and idle threats but Stinkerbri was still kind enough to let me join the team!

I may also decide to produce some gaming Wiiviews in the future everyone. I would really love to tackle the Xenoblade Chronicles review, but I'm sure someone else already has it on their agenda. I'll be sure to inform everyone if and when I'll be producing a review. My first reviews may take a little longer than other's, because I'll want them to be as professional as possible. I've never attempted to produce a gaming review before, so please bear with me. Anyways, congratulations on your promotion to WiiWareWave staff gamerace!

Thank you Ultanium, but I may need to call upon some of you guys for guidance if needed. I would greatly appreciate it if you guys would supervise the whole process, and direct me in the correct direction. I mean, I won't be asking you to revise my entire review or anything. I just mean, I may ask you guys for some pro tips as I progress through the process. Kind of like an apprenticeship.

I had this same problem with monster Hunter tri when I was reviewing it. A friend form an old forum gave me some advice that really helped.

ooohhh... look, my name is purple now (my favourite colour) and I have a bunch of stars under it. I feel so important.

I will mostly be acting as editor for now, helping to make our reviews/article even more professional. I'll be glad to write some articles (open to suggestions) but probably not reviews as I don't actually get a lot of time to play . Maybe a Wiiware title but as much as I'd like too, something like Xenoblade, Zelda:SS or even The Last Story I simply don't have the time to finish.

I call dips on Kirby's 20th Collection though - I'll be all over that.
