Fractured Soul, from Endgame Studios, is similar to Order Up!!
Not in terms of gameplay or presentation, Fractured Soul was originally going to be release as a retail game in North America just like Order Up!! Except that this title is target at advance gamers and was previously a DS title.
Fractured Soul may likely be high price and require thousands of blocks on the SD card due to it's retail qualities, however, that didn't stop the success of Order Up!! Expect a release date soon.

Nintendo needs to consider hard drives now that retail games are available for download.

Endgame Studios confirms that Fractured Soul will be release in Europe, later after North America.

This game actually appears pretty promising, compared to other titles available on the eShop for $10 and up.
