Is It Just Me or Is The Wii U OS Actually Running Faster And Smoother All of A Sudden?

The Wii U has always been a sluggish beast when it comes to loading games, apps, and the home and system menu, but suddenly everything has changed this morning as the Wii U loads the system menu almost instantly after turning on the console and starting up and switching between games and apps is nearly seamless now! Was there some sort of unannounced system update this morning because my Wii U is running better than it ever has!

It does seem quite a bit faster at loading games now!

The Wii U Operating System is indeed running more smoothly, but I wouldn't call it a substantial improvement.
