Does anyone know when they'll be released?

No news from Nintendo yet. Likely there will make a release date around July to August period.

I hope these two games won't get cancelled outside of Japan

That's insane thinking! Pokemon sells by the shitload worldwide. That's like saying Mario Kart 7 wouldn't be released worldwide.

But I've never seen a AAA first party game released so long after a system has been discontinued

Was anyone else disappointed by how short the trailer for these games were at the North American and European Nintendo Directs?

Pokemon White and Black 2 will be released this Sunday. October 7th. I should have my hands on a copy. Hence the reason I want to finish up my two other reviews.

Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 are out this Thursday in Australia and New Zealand! I likely won't get a copy until at least next weekend though. I'm seriously considering White 2, and I'd like to start with Oshawott (When I get the first White I'll likely start with Tepig and Pansage).

The start of the game is really epic and the graphics look even better than those in the first Black and White games!

Over five hours in and the story rocks!

The game is alot like Black and White, but there are many new things in the game.

I don't have this yet, but I may pick it up tomorrow, I picked up dream radar but haven't touched it yet

I got Pokemon White Version 2: Kyurem Edition tonight! The 15 minutes I've played so far were a blast!

Can anyone tell me the Gym Leaders Pokemon Levels. I dont want to barge in there and get destroyed cause my pokemon are like 5 levels lower.

WHat should I expect for each one.

I just found out that, due to a technicality, Black 2 has more version exclusives than White 2!

What do you mean by technicality?

Well, in White 2 there's a trade event for a shiny Dratini, whereas in Black 2 it's for a shiny Gible; this makes them version-exclusive trades. However, Dratini can be caught in the wild in Drsgonspiral Tower with the Super Rod in both versions, whereas Gible can't be caught in the wild anywhere. This effectively gives Black 2 three extra version exclusives. If it were up to me, wild Gible would be available, or wild Dratini couldn't be caught. Or, you know, it'd be a shiny Bagon in White 2.

That means I got the superior version for once... white version was superior because of white forest...

Roxie: 16-18 (be careful with her Venipede)
Burgh: 22-24 (he is a real pain if you didn't start with Tepig and didn't catch a fire type or Magnemite)

Elesa: 28-30 (Hate her emolga)
Clay: 31-33 (Watch out for his Excadrill)
Skyla: 37-39 (you should have no problem with her )
Drayden: 46-48 (he's pretty hard if you don't have powerful pokemon)
Marlon: 49-51 (Piece of cake if you use type advantages)

Overall, the gym leaders aren't that hard if you exploit type advantages and are around their levels. Good luck

Wait...which Fire-type Pokemon are available to catch prior to Castelia City (apart from Magby)? I chose Oshawott as my starter!

Magnemite works just fine. Keep Sonicboom on it for Burgh, and give him the Eviolite too. Burgh won't ever be able to take you down even with a critical.

Skyla is cute, but she is a really weak gym leader in the game.

Apart from the Fusion Pokemon Black Kyurem and White Kyurem, as well as Keldeo's Resolute Form, there are no new Pokemon in Black 2 and White 2. There are, however, nearly 150 classic Pokemon making a comeback.

Thanks so much The Second gym leader kicked my behind with that damn ventipede.

If I had known i could catch wild growlith in this game I would have started offwith Oshiwat,in stead of Tepig. dang. Anyways I got four pokemon in my team currectly. Im just looking fora water type to add. Ive got fire and a grass type.

Can Pikachu be caught in Black and White 2?
