Holy Lombax! Ratchet And Clank HD Trilogy Coming To Switch!?

I just heard at Kotaku that Ratchet Clank HD Trilogy might be coming to Switch, if true does that mean that Ratchet and Clank isn't owned by Sony, but rather Insomniac Games?

Wow, I never would've expected my favourite PS2 games to possibly come out on Nintendo Switch! If true, this is awesome!
@Otaku Ratchet and Clank is (are?) owned by Insomniac, but I figured Insomniac is owned by Sony, which would make R&C a Sony property. I'm starting to wonder if there's an ulterior motive to Sony's sudden niceness with Nintendo...

@GeekyGamerZack Insomniac Games are a third party developer, but I could have sworn that Sony owned Ratchet And Clank and hired Insomniac Games to develop the series on their behalf lol?
