Should I get Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth for Vita or PS4?

If both have the same content I would go with the Vita release because I like portable gaming.

I'm not sure if the PS4 version has extra content, but to be honest I'd still go with the Vita version if you spend most of your time gaming on the go.

Question, how is it the Vita port looks exactly the same as the PS4 version? The game doesn't look bad on PS4 so how it runs so well on Vita astonishes me.
