It's been a month on the Nintendo eShop in North America since the last new Virtual Console titles has been release (Wario Land and Mole Mania). On August 30, Toki Tori will be the latest new Virtual Console title on the service. This was confirmed from Two Tribes via Twitter.
Toki Tori is already available on the Nintendo eShop in Europe.

I already have the superior WiiWare version. I do find the game enjoyable, but I could easily survive without a portable version. There's plenty of other good puzzlers available on the eShop already. I believe I would purchase one of those, before I would settle for this. I'm still waiting for Wario Land 2, anyways.

Great game looks great, very difficult (most of the time there is only one good answer) and Toki is adorable. I recommend it.
