I hope I'm not the only one who reflects back on what I was doing a year, two or even 10 years ago from today or month.. Or in general.

So, let's kick off with "Where were you: 10 years ago?"

I believe in a week from now I were to start 5th Grade.. Lived in West Palm Beach, Florida.. I remember how fun the summer was. My birthday in April of that year was fantastic and probably the BEST I've had ever. A neat pool party.. Spongebob birthday cake. Got Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages, Super Mario Advance 2: SMW, Frogger Advance and Pacman World.. With money to get two more games being Pikmin and Bomberman Tournament.. Back to summertime- I finally got Harvest Moon 64. Mom got me a graduation present that happened to be Bomberman Online for Sega Dreamcast. I also got a VMU after 3 years having a Dreamcast. Some other misc games such as Jet Force Gemini.

My brother's god mother came in from Puerto Rico and bought my brother Halo and bought me Sonic Advance in July (yes I remember.. My memory is THAT good, don't ask x_X).


That summer was so long. Got to play Halo for hours with our cousins. Played Smash Bros. too.. We always went swimming every weekend in our pool. Shame that our cousins didn't come to the house every Saturday like they did the year before.. But still, fantastic times.


There's more, but I'll leave it at that. I want to reflect on the summer... Because that school year sucked even though I went bowling every Saturday and won the title "Bowler of the Year 2002-2003"


I'll be changing the thread title every week or two. Suggestions are totally welcome. And it doesn't have to be something like X amount of years ago. It can be something like "When happened"

EDIT: I've decided to change the thread title to "Question of the Week" since the concept of "Where were you?" seems fairly limited and time based only. I'll be changing it the question every week. Same thing applies: question requests are welcome. Surely people are familiar with a popular thread like this.

Ten years ago? I think that's when my mother bought me Star Ocean: The Second Story which was the very first role-playing game I had played at that point "now it's my favorite genre."

Hmmmm ten years ago. I believe I was working for a linen chain remodeling stores for them. As for at home I was introducing another generation to the joys of Nintendo by playing the Gamecube with my 2 year old son.

Dang. Maybe I went overboard listing so many things and you guys were straight to the point x_x
