There has been a rumour circling around the internet for a few days now; that the Midnight Purple 3DS seen at E3 2010 will be making its way to North America. The Rumour comes from GameFaqs member QuagsireQing He has said that he noticed it under a listing for the 3DS.
As much as we want to believe that this is true, until we get an official word from Nintendo this will continue to be listed under rumour. Nintendo makes this happen, it’s such a pretty colour.

I guess it's alright, but I'd much rather have the White Ice 3DS made available instead. I'll most likely just end up purchasing a Flame Red 3DS, so it will somewhat match my Wii.

I agree, the white one looks very sleek, although I already have the Cosmo Black one so oh well.
