Well I got a few more platinum coins for logging in Miiverse and the eShop and managed to get myself the DK theme and sill have like 250 Coins still, I wanna save up for Zelda TP Picross

I just spent 200 platinum coins on my first My Nintendo haul! Here's what I got:

3DS Theme.

I just got it, but its essentially the same as the other one just with Mario instead of DK

im gonna save my coins up for something worthwhile. I see nothing there that interests me.

@KingreX32 Remember, My Nintendo coins expire in exactly 6 months so don't hang onto them for too long.

I'm pretty interested in New Super Luigi U, so I might go for that as my first reward.

Donkey Kong Country Returns is my first My Nintendo reward!

And...my first reward ended up being 10 Game Tickets for use in Miitomo.

I just redeemed a download code for Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins for the 3DS Virtual Console service as my latest reward.

I just spent 200 additional Platinum Coins on another reward!

i'm saving for My Nintendo Picrosss Zelda TP, but its hard without Miitomo (refuse to acknowledge it on my phone)

@Minato, Get WarioWare Touched for 3DS VC first. If you don't you won't be able to redeem it. Secondly the time between the expiration of WarioWare Touched and the Zelda Picross game on My Nintendo is more than enough time to redeem that as well.

@Ichigo I may, but I'm really hoping to have some sorta crossbuy or play with the WiiU version, though this runs like a DSi titles which is weird

@Minato What do you mean "it runs like a DSi title"?

@Ichigo Its literally a DSiWare title, makes the same sound, though not sure of how much space it takes up since the 3DS only has 1000 blocks worth and that would hardly fit a couple DS titles

Wait, aren't DSiWare games on the 3DS eShop downloaded to your SD card?!

Nope, they're saved to system memory. You can transfer them to and from an SD Card, but they can't be booted directly from it.

The one thing I like about this though, is it has the icon from the DS version and not a genaric title with the Virtual Console bar. I wish every game had an icon depiction like 3DS and WiiU games do

Welp, I'm absolutely stuck. I have in excess of 1,000 Platinum Points in one account, exactly 60 Gold Points in the other...and no clue what to buy. Should I wait for a greater variety of rewards or simply spend them now? Decisions, decisions...

uhh i'm so tempted tonget Miitomo so I can get my Zelda TP Picross... must fight it...

@Minato keep fighting the urge! Nintendo needs to know that we don't want them to go mobile!

Only bought the Zelda Picross game. I love Picross. I do hope Nintendo will give us more things to save up for. I don't care for the discount though.

O, and I wished that they would added retail games in their program like they used to.

@Sneaker agreed. The program is definitely off to a shaky start...

@Sneaker @Ichigofan We didn't get any digital games in our Club Nintendo, so for Australia and New Zealand at least, it's definitely a marked improvement. Having said that, it'd be nice if my current options weren't limited to % Off coupons and Metroid Fusion.

I just need 80 more Platinum Coins to redeem the WarioWare Touched reward! Then I'll start saving up for the Zelda Picross title.

@Minato Is that 1,000 blocks memory for DSiWare games separate from the memory for DS saves? Because I have at least 500 blocks worth of save data for my DS titles...

My next reward is probably going to be 40% off Mario Party: Island Tour. Less than $18 for a first-party 3DS game is a steal, especially considering they cost upwards of $70 here!
