New Super Mario Bros. 2 dlc question Empty New Super Mario Bros. 2 dlc question

I have some questions about the New Super Mario Bros. 2 dlc packs.

First when I download the dlc where does the dlc file get stored? The 3ds
memory/sd card or is it downloaded to the gamecard?

Also do you think the dlc is worth the price?
