Being the first of the next-gen consoles, are you worried that horrible DRM schemes will becom I'm talking things like server activations, always-online games etc. I wouldn't expect Nintendo to go ahead and implement something like that, but it may be poss parties (I'm looking at you, Ubisoft and EA) will try something of the sort. Thoughts?

I think he's talking about games that you have to pay additional money towards after purchasing the disc, which in some cases is required to even play the game that you already purchased.
