For all you Naruto fanboys and fangirls I just heard about this on a Japanese website I frequent
I can't read Japanese but my browser translator is good enough to get the gist of the announcement

According to the website the differences will be that the game will not be HD like the original 360 game but it will have motion controls, new jutsus, new characters, and many new missions

The game as of right now is only confirmed for Japan and a port of the 360 sequel Naruto Broken Bonds has been confirmed for a TBD 2013 Japanese Wii release with similar added features

This would be amazing, but if this is true I can almost guarantee that this will be a Japan only game. D:
