I am going to be getting a physical copy. The 50 extra coins is nice but I tend to share my 3DS games with my son and I don't want to have to give up my 3DS just so he can play NSMB2. Also I don't need it taking up all the space on my SD card thats for VC and DSiware.

It looks like there will be over 100 levels in the base game and possibly more through dlc.
