I suspect that there will be at one point or another. Nintendo seems to be fond of remakes and enhanced versions of classic games, so if a particular old game can make use of the controller in a meaningful way, it would make sense to bring it over. It would be similar to the New Play Control line.
However, I suspect the games wouldn't be called "HD classics" because of this, but they'd still be in HD to showcase the system's power.
