Can you catch more than one "land" legendary fish on the same profile?

Yeah, of course you can. Why would they restrict the amount of a certain type of fish you can catch if one of the miraculous awards was for S-ranking every type of fish?

I have caught every normal fish and all but 2 legendary fish species! I also have S ranked 159 species now.

Wow! 159 species S ranked!? Nice job Rukiafan! I don't understand why it took you so long to reach World Champion rank. I've already reached Fishing King rank, and I've only played for about 30 hours. I believe the actual technique you utilize dictates how quickly you reach each rank. You'll actually hear your technique graded, as soon as you hook every fish. I really should begin playing this again. At least a little every other day or so. There's just so many games and not enough time.

The next time I actually decide to play Fishing Resort, I'll make sure I take a couple screenshots of my rank and playtime. Just in case you don't believe me, and I'll send them to SkywardL. I believe he would know how to format the image and post it on the site, since I will currently be unable to send it to you.

Has Nintendo abandoned their Game Capture Channel project for the Wii? I heard about that a few years back and then nothing else.
It was going to be a channel that you could save in-game pictures in and show them off to your Wii friends and even obtain a code to post them online.....that would've been a great feature to utilise in Fishing Resort.

Speaking of Fishing Resort features I hear some dlc via the Wii shop will be added in Japan for a small amount of Wii points.
I wonder if us Americans will eventually get the dlc as well?

Rukiafan, I've never heard of that, "Game Capture Channel," but that would've been a really convenient feature. I guess it just went down the tubes with that Opera browser update rumor. It would be great if we could post snapshots of our most challenging catches in this thread. If we could do that, we could establish an exclusive WiiWareWave Fishing Resort contest of some sort. That DLC would be a perfect reason to purchase a WiiShop card. I'm very interested to learn more about this DLC. Make sure you keep us informed and up-to-date on that DLC Rukiafan, will you please?
