I still can't win the Teman Paradise Beach fishing tournament because the NPC characters keep catching too many fish. What can I do to increase my haul?

Camp out at the trio of rocks to the right of when you first enter the beach from the hotel. Use Quick Hitter and you should be able to easily bring up a haul of 25+ fish.

You gain access to the cruiser after visiting all 8 areas of the island.

Also, I find the bowfins during any weather, they're just harder to see when it isn't cloudy or nighttime.

Is there a good place to catch Bonefish?

The only place is Pacar Beach. Look beyond into the Shallow Area for a long fish that looks like a Blotchy Sillago.

Talesfanatic, or you can run to the dock where you first began in the game and spam the Quick Hitter bait. Just try to cast very close to the dock, so it requires less time to reel in a fish. It may seem like it takes longer for a fish to bite, but that little bit of extra time should be more than sufficiently compensated for.

I do know they're freshwater fish, and they can be found in lakes. I'm not sure if that's where they're found in Fishing Resort, though.

Clαππαd, Walleyes are found near the Kanan Railway area in Kanan Lake.

For the "land" legendary fish, no, but for the ocean ones, yes. I caught 3 Helicoprions and 8 Xiphactinuses so far.
