I'm not sure, but there are quite a few. Wink

@Kushina, you can ice fish when you obtain access to Kerikil River (it's a post on the bulletin board).

Epona, As Rukiafan said, there are quite a few fish that can be caught by both ferrying and on the main island. I don't know exactly how many, but I would stick to catching these fish at the main island if I were you because of how random ferry fishing is.

Have you caught one yet? They're really common for me. I actually find they're more common in the Temperate Ocean, despite the fish book saying they're in the Tropical Ocean.

How long can it take to completely beat Fishing Resort?

A LONG time I've put many hundreds of hours into the game and still haven't caught every fish in the game. Surprised

If you mean 100% complete the game, probably several hundred hours! S-ranking a fish is completely random and since there are over 200 fish to catch in this game, with some of them being extremely rare, you can see that that estimate isn't far off. I caught every fish in the game in a little less than 130 hours, but that was before a guide was published for the game so probably around 100 hours to catch every fish in the game. It's still an amazing game so don't let not being able to 100% the game keep you away from playing it.

Is it just me or does rainbow bait sometimes attract large fish that can't be seen in the water?

$19.99 on amazon (very cheap for a wii game).

Megatron, so you're left with the two most common trolling fish? Shocked
